A modern yet classic development of for-sale townhome units at the edge of Downtown Des Moines, IA, Cityview 34 comprises 49 two-bedroom units that offer urban living and convenience. The development was oriented to maximize the downtown views immediately to the south. Custom units were crafted to use space efficiently and create large terraces adjacent to the generous south-facing glass in each living room. JCorp Design Build’s integrated team of design professionals and project managers worked closely together to streamline cost while maximizing design features, quality, and value for the client.
